Shipping & Delivery

Delivery area: We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping costs: Standard shipping costs €4.99. Shipping is free on orders of €35 or more. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to you.

Delivery time: Delivery takes 7–12 business days after payment is received. If there are delays in individual cases, we will notify you by email.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Partial deliveries: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. This does not result in any additional cost to you. The withdrawal period only begins once you have received the last partial shipment.
